The successful candidates will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including selling, customer service, human resources, training, visual merchandising and loss prevention.

Requirements for the Assistant Manager Position are:
· Ability to multi task
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Prior retail management experience of 2 years or more
· Ability to motivate and lead a sales staff
· Demonstrates a high level of energy and initiative
· Must be 18 years of age
