Key Holders support the Management Teams in the following areas
- Hold keys to the store
- Opening and Closing responsibilities
- Supports the training and development of Sales Associates in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ensuring Visual Presentation meets company standards
- Protecting Company assets
- Provides Great Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operational Responsibilities
Requirements for the Key Holder Position are
· Ability to multi task
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Prior retail supervisory/management experience
· Ability to motivate and lead a sales staff
· Demonstrates a high level of energy and initiative
· Must be 18 years of age
