Community Health Systems Maintenance Technician Job Overview

Title: Maintenance Mechanic II, FT days
Location: AL-HuntsvilleThe Maintenance Tech shall be responsible for operating and repairing hospital heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems as well as performing mechanical, carpentry and painting duties.
Education:
* High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
* At least two years experience in a commercially related maintenance environment.
* Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.
* Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
Licenses/Certificates:
* Electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC preferred.
* In addition, High-pressure Boiler certification is preferred.
