Job Description :
LabCorp is seeking to connect with an experienced Medical Technician in the Birmingham area who wants to work in a fast paced, challenging health care environment. Our Techs are key team players in helping our customers deliver quality patient care.
This position is located in a hospital setting
This is a Seven on / Seven off position. Hours are Wednesday-Tuesday 8pm- 6:30am.
Successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine and moderate to complex tests and analyses according to established procedures, preventative maintenance, inventory supply and compliance documentation.
Job Requirements :
This position requires a Medical Technology Degree or equivalent.
Must be ASCP certified or registry eligible within one year
Must pass Previsor Assessment
