Retail Merchandising and Sales Opportunity
As a member of the CROSSMARK Part Time Dedicated Team you must perform general merchandising and complete selling tasks in assigned stores in designated areas. Tasks may include general sales, cutting in new items, and acquiring additional space for existing items, while maintaining customer service standards.
Candidate will be expected to complete the following:
- Maintain compliance and distribution of all required products in assigned territory
- Sell seasonal products and cut in new items
- Effectively communicate benefits and product information of our client’s brands
- Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products
- Supply and place point of sale materials
- Implement shelf plan-o-grams
- Lift 35 lbs. to 50 lbs. occasionally
Requirements:
- Merchandising and prior sales experience
- Ability to read and follow a plan-o-gram (schematic, diagram)
- Ability to assemble fixtures and displays in-store
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Access to reliable transportation
- Basic Computer Skills
- Daily access to a computer that is connected to the internet
