Home Care Program Manager – Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers

Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in the field of brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, is seeking a career-minded individual for a Home Care Program Manager position to assist with the growth of a new and growing program in Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing all clinical and administrative systems related to home care.

• Oversees the provision of care in clients' homes.
• Participates as a member of a client's interdisciplinary treatment team to maximize client's integration into home and the community.
• Manages direct care workers and responsible for direct care staff scheduling.
• Ensures the quality and promotes satisfaction with services.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, standards, policies, procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred
• 3 years related home care experience
• Experience with staff scheduling
• Experience with brain and spinal cord injury preferred
• Administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in directing client care
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to set and act on priorities
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent driving record
• On-call hours required
