Rehabilitation Assistant – Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers
We treat adults and children with mild, moderate and severe brain injuries and adults with a combined diagnosis of spinal cord and brain injury. Our services are delivered through a vast network of treatment environments including therapy treatment centers, residential community homes, apartments, a NeuroRehab Campus and a vocational center.

Status/Location
We have full and part-time positions available for Day Shift. Full time is considered 32 hours or greater. Day Shifts are from 8am to 4pm.
Responsibilities
Duties range widely by population (e.g., behavioral, transitional, semi-independent, medical). Behavioral, transitional and semi-independent patient care duties involve active participation in patient therapies and assisting the patient with daily program procedures, corrective teaching, passing medication, accessing the community, general ADLs and other duties as assigned. Medical care duties generally involve more comprehensive ADLs including patient bathing, grooming, transferring, feeding, passing medications, checking vitals, attending physician appointments, general health monitoring and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a current valid driver’s license & excellent driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have the ability to lift 30lbs
- Must have the ability to attend a 1 week orientation, held Monday-Friday from 9am -5pm.
- Must work fair share of weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
