Router
The Router receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews locally and/or nationally, upon customers' requests for service.
Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepares daily work order routes and distributes to satellite installers/ subcontracting teams on a daily basis.
- Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to satellite installation crews and other departments.
- Allocates jobs in queue to various external subcontractors and provides routing for them.
- Answers and routes incoming customer calls to the right locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracks and communicates with operations; calendar management of jobs in queue
- Communicates with technicians, in real time, any changes to the routing plan that may occur.
- Organizes and relays additional jobs for techniciansli>
- Provides resource planning for technician quotas..
- Keeps record and verifies previous day service calls and work orders for accurate documentation.li>
