Shift Manager

The Shift Manager directly supervises the operations of a specified shift and ensures that schedules of activity and established quality standards are maintained. This includes the coordination of the individual and collective efforts of assigned staff. Shift managers also maintain high quality standards in regards to food production and preparation, sanitation, safety and expediency of food items. Customer service is a major component of this position. .
