Retail Clerk/Cashiers

As a Retail Clerk/Cashier, your job responsibilities will include:

• Performing excellent customer service by greeting of all customers and acknowledging every customer when they come within 10 feet of you (our 10-foot Rule), and assisting our customers in the shopping experience in a courteous and business like manner
• Operating the store’s point of sale computer system in handling all types of customer transactions in a fast and courteous manner
• Presenting the company Extended Service Plans to all customers on each qualifying product sold (will earn additional income!)
• Answering questions and handling any problems either directly or by phone to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Assisting with the replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor
• Helping maintain the store appearance through general housekeeping tasks
