Title: LPN/LVN FT Nights Resource Pool
Location: TX-Abilene
* The LPN/LVN shall perform duties consistent with the LPN/LVN Nursing Practice Act.
* Provide those service requiring nursing skills in accordance with the plan of care.
* Prepare documentation and clinical notes
* Educate and instruct the patient, patient's family, or staff as required
Education: Licensed LPN/LVN Nurse.
Experience: Min. 2 years nursing experience. IV therapy certification preferred
Licenses/Certificates: Licensed as a LPN/LVN Nurse in state, and current BLS certification. Must obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. Must complete required departmental competencies to validate competency and maintain competency.
