The Store manager oversees the store's sales effort in each department and supervises the store's operation to insure efficiency and profitability. It is the Store Manager's responsibility to convey the company's policies, goals and standards to the store's sales team and keep communication lines open to the District Manager and Corporate Office. The Store Manager represents the company in the professionalism portrayed to employees, customers and to the community.
