Toys”R”Us locations across the country are seeking part-time and full time Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in Training candidates who are passionate about excellence, achievement and results.

The first step in a career with Toys“R”Us begins with our Management Development Program. By joining the team as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in Training you will have the opportunity to experience an 8-12 week training program designed to give you the experiences you will need to run a multi-million dollar business. It starts with intensive on-the-job and classroom training to learn how to operate the most important unit of our business…. the store.
As the Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager in Training, you will continue your training as part of the management team. You will develop the leadership and people skills required to serve the needs of our Guests and of our Associates.
You will be responsible for learning the following aspects of our business:
- Financial
- Human Resources
- Distribution
- Selling
- Guest Delight/Customer Service
- Merchandising

- Degree preferred, but not required
