On-Call Mailroom Associate - Law Firm - Los Angeles, CA

PBLS is currently seeking On-Call Mailroom Customer Service Associate candidates who are customer service and career-minded; and, who are able to work in a fast paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Fill in when employees call in, are on leave or on vacation
Be available on a project needed basis
Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include but not limited to: mail services, reprographics services, audio/video setups, IT support, fax services, messenger services, shipping and receiving
services, records, hospitality and reception.
Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.
Assist with re-imaging and relocation of computers
Checkout laptops, keyboards, flash drives, headphones, Dictaphones, transcribers.
Handle the installation of printers, change toner cartridges, and troubleshoot printer issues
Assist Phoenix Office with troubleshooting IT issues with specific direction from IT.
Process postage and volume reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Act as work flow coordinator to manage projects as needed outside normal duties.

Qualification


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience required
Strong technology knowledge, particularly in Litigation support software and equipment
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel and PowerPoint or similar programs required
Ability to adhere and administer companies policies and procedures
Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs or the maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations
Must be able to stand, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
Flexibility with work schedule
