If so, please join our family at Southern States as a Sales and Merchandising Associate responsible for the following:
  • Assist customers in the showroom with any questions or inquiries regarding all related products.
  • Cross selling to assist customers with all of their needs for a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Performs merchandising duties, such as preparing inventory for sales, pricing and displays.
  • Promotes Sales Programs as needed.
  • Serves as cashier on checkout counter.
  • Practices safety at all times.
  • Maintains salesroom in a clean and well-presented manner.
  • Prepares sales invoices.

Job requirements

Minimum Age
18+ years old
Additional
Excellent Communication Skills, an outgoing personality and a “can do attitude”.  Exceptional Customer Service, Dependable, Flexible, Highly Motivated and Works Well with Others. High School education or equivalent. Prior retail experience desired.  Computer skills a plus.  Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.  All applicants are subject to a criminal background check and drug test.
