Our Installer/Lubrication Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance and minor repair services in a cost-effective and timely manner. Ensure high quality services are performed in a thorough manner in the following areas, oil changes, tire repair and replacement, fluid flushes, filter exchange, and some light mechanical work. Promote positive customer relations and present Midas in the best light by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor within the shop. Assist in day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive demeanor and the ability to relate well with employees and customers.
• Some experience in vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, including the use and ownership of appropriate tools to perform job duties.
• Ability to receive instruction and to follow rules and procedures.
