We are now accepting applications for Customer Service Clerks!

The Customer Service Clerk bags merchandise at register, performs cleaning functions, and retrieves carts to ensure customer requirements are met and builds customer loyalty by providing exemplary customer service.

Essential:

• Provide products and services that meet the requirements of internal and external customers at all times, and abide by the Company’s Statement of Values and The Six Promises.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, equipment, floor (to ensure safety), and sanitation regulations are met.
• Bagging groceries according to Company policies and procedures.
• Returning carts from lot by gathering carts in central area of lot, then pushing five (5) carts at a time to specific storage area or the ability to operate cart caddy, if applicable.
• Maintaining proper cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Follow proper procedures to ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
