The Customer Service Clerk bags merchandise at register, performs cleaning functions, and retrieves carts to ensure customer requirements are met and builds customer loyalty by providing exemplary customer service.
Essential:
- Provide products and services that meet the requirements of internal and external customers at all times, and abide by the Company’s Statement of Values and The Six Promises.
- Maintain cleanliness of carts, equipment, floor (to ensure safety), and sanitation regulations are met.
- Bagging groceries according to Company policies and procedures.
- Returning carts from lot by gathering carts in central area of lot, then pushing five (5) carts at a time to specific storage area or the ability to operate cart caddy, if applicable.
- Maintaining proper cleanliness inside and outside the store.
- Follow proper procedures to ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
