The Display Cook is a very important part of the Golden Corral team as he/she prepares each product in view of our guests. The way our products are cooked have a significant impact on whether the guest will return. Also always pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, and organization so that each product meets our production standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in foodservice preferred, but not required.
- Thorough knowledge of grill and sauté stations, fry cook area layout, and buffet maintenance procedures is required.
- Display cooks must be able to communicate with our guests in order to prepare products to the guests’ requests.
- Proof of food handler certification may be required for individuals in those applicable states.
