Line Cooks!

Line Cooks create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of our menu.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares food according to standardized recipes and specifications. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen including all floors, equipment, workstation and walls.
• Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items from our 95% scratch kitchen in the following stations: Fry, Grill, Sauté, Expo, Broiler, Sandwich, Pizza and Window/Lead.
• Performs similar job related duties as assigned by above listed supervisors.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

Employee must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Ability to work in noisy and distracting conditions. Able to withstand hot temperatures for long periods of time while operating standard cooking equipment as designated by the station. Ability to move about facility, stand for long periods of time and able to bend and stoop. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
