Critical skills and abilities for Shift Leaders success:
Model great customer service
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
Desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Working knowledge of computers.
Enjoy working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
