Michaels, the nation’s largest retailer of arts and crafts materials, is seeking Store Replenishment Associates.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assists the Truck Captain and the assigned truck team in the unloading, staging, sorting and stocking of SBA and Seasonal trucks.
Actively participates in all aspects of stocking, downstocking and out of stock replenishment and helps to ensure in stocks are maximized at all times.
Assists in the execution of all freight flow ensuring all new receipts are stocked with company standard.
Is key member of the early morning Replenishment team (or overnight team in select stores) and ensures all objectives met in a timely manner.

Job requirements

Minimum Age

18+ years old

Additional

Must successfully pass background checks.
High School education or equivalent
Must be able to work with minimum of supervision.
Must understand the importance of inventory control and stocking and downstocking procedures
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to complete and maintain paperwork
Requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Part time associates must be available to work up to 30 hours per week, including early mornings, days, nights, weekends and overnights.
