RN for HOME HEALTH visits needed IMMEDIATELY!! Must be familiar with OASIS forms for case openings and home visits. Position requires basic computer skills and daily driving throughout the Chicago area. Looking for full time weekdays, weekends also available; desirable daytime hours! Would consider part time hours if experienced with exceptional professional presentation.
