Store Manager
The primary function of a Store Manager is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. The Store Manager oversees and manages daily operation of a retail store with full profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, Store Managers are accountable for overall store safety, employee orientation and training, inventory, and point of sale reconciliation.

- 1- 3 years previous management experience
- Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (sales, service, resolving disputes, etc)
- Experience with inventory, financial statements and general administrative related tasks
- Experience with hiring and training subordinate employees
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends, to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Strong data entry computer skills
- Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
- Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
- Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
- Able to withstand exposure to fumes and cleaning products
- Multiple locations in Fort Collins, Longmont and Denver
