Shift Leaders - Full-time / Part-time

Cafe Zupas is the premier fast-casual restaurant. We pride ourselves on serving on the freshest gourmet soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. We are a company built on the values of hard work and teamwork. Our Managers are vital to our culture at Café Zupas, they set the pace of the restaurant every day. Their primary functions are to motivate, inspire, and to serve as a mentor to the staff. The greatest responsibility a Café Zupas Manager has is to invest time and to develop each individual team member. Because of this, at Café Zupas, we don’t have “office managers” or “lobby managers”, instead we have “PEOPLE MANAGERS.”

Additionally, our Managers work out on the line, right beside our line servers. They must be the strongest line servers we have. Because of this, our Managers have a unique opportunity to interact with each and every guest that comes through our line. With their passion, enthusiasm, and example, our Managers set the tone and excitement level during our business revenue periods.
