This is an IN STORE position. It is NOT an event management position. Our teams work together on our line every day! Manager Our Catering Coordinators are the primary contact for all of our catering customers. With their passion for Café Zupas and their ability to connect and build relationships, they really bring a lot each and every day to our restaurants!
Our Catering Coordinators work in our restaurants ever day alongside our Managers and Line Servers. They are great team players and never shy away from helping our in store lunch customers. In the morning, their focus is taking and completing all catering orders through utilizing and directing our staff. This focus shifts to pick up orders and working on our service line during the lunch rush. After lunch, our coordinators switch their focus back to catering as they seek opportunities to build relationships with our current and potential customers through making phone calls and seeking in store marketing opportunities.
