Inside Sales Representative

This position is responsible for calling on businesses to schedule appointments for our sales personnel to provide quotes for our services. Business calling hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm. We prefer Monday to Friday work schedules, but based on your abilities and experience we may be able to structure a flexible work schedule.

Success Factors – Ability to make 100+ calls a day with a positive attitude toward appointment setting is a critical success factor. Approaching each call with a positive ‘I am going to set an appointment’ attitude is what we are looking for. Understanding our business and having the ability to address questions and concerns is vital to your success in this position. Desire to take a genuine interest in the office in an important attitude.

Skills Required – Computer, internet and computer program working knowledge. Preferred: 3-5 years of inside business to business customer service or calling experience.
