  • Personal Standards
    • Uniform clean and nicely pressed
    • Has all accessories (waiter pad, lighter, pen, wine key)
    • Shoes: Non slip, black, polished dress shoes
    • Punctual: not late, always on time.

              - Menu
     
    • Able to give recommendations

    • Talks about menu items so that the guest wants to buy them (able to describe them while  making their mouth  
    • water)

    •  Gives recommendations based on the guests tastes
