Master Technician

Perform service and installation activities associated with store products and services in an accurate and timely manner. Assist the store team in all aspects of delivering superior customer service and value to the Company.
Qualifications:
- Ability to train and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing with profitability and growth
- Ability to learn via a variety of training methods, service procedures related to all services and products
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; work in awkward positions; lift items weighing in excess of 5 pounds; exit and enter the building in any weather; transfer oneself from one work level to another and move materials from one height to another. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities:
- Drain oil and replace oil filter
- Lubricate vehicles
- Inflate tires
- Check and fill various fluids
- Check and replace various filters
- Perform Special Services
- Interpret work orders
- Explain services and products to customers
- Look up information for various applications
- Compliance with all applicable OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations
- Continually improve customer satisfaction
- Provide service in a timely manner that meets customer expectations
- Function in a team environment
- Answer telephones
- Stock shelves
- Clean facilities, tools and equipment
- Greet customers
