Store Associate

The Cashier position is the face of Minit Mart. Since the most interaction occurs between the customer and the Cashier, the cashier is responsible for ensuring that each and every customer receives a great shopping experience. In order to achieve this goal the cashier must be able to:

• Provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous, and efficient service
• Ring all sales and transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Adheres to age-restricted sale policies, laws, and procedures by requesting and verifying identification
• Resolve customer concerns immediately
• Promote Teamwork
• Maintain store operations
• Provide safe and clean store environment
