- Store is properly staffed to meet customer demand

- Customer concerns are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations are enforced
- Store is adequately stocked with fresh merchandise
- All safety and security procedures are followed
Administratively and financially, the Store Manager ensures:
- Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
- Inventory and cash are within company guidelines labor within established guidelines
- Merchandise and gasoline sales are maximized
- Budgeted results are achieved
