The Food Manager oversees the daily operation of Food Service in the store. They are responsible for providing Customer Satisfaction by ensuring:
- All employees are trained properly and treated fairly
- Deli is properly staffed to meet customer demand
- Employees are coached and motivated to deliver excellent customer service
- Customer concerns are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Foodservice area, equipment, and utensil cleanliness meet company and health regulations standards
- All equipment is maintained in good working order
- Appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations are enforced
- Food service cases and are adequately stocked with fresh merchandise
- Quality and freshness of products through proper rotation, ordering, and proper monitoring of codes and temperatures
- All safety and security procedures are followed
- Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
Hours: Third Shift
