Racking Associates

Spartan Staffing has immediate needs for Racker Associates.

Job Duties:

Ensure parts are racked/unracked or loaded from barrels according to work instruction.

-Responsible for understanding WOID and related customer-specific work instructions.

-Responsible for alerting team shift leader and lead associate on suspected quality issues (Visual and/or plating thickness) and machine alarms

-Responsible for proper storage of racks and customer containers

-Responsible for process improvements and safety suggestions.

-Line Housekeeping (5S)

Job Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED

Must have at least one year experience in a high volume production company

Have a very keen eye for detail

Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand on concrete flooring in steel toed shoes for at least 8 hours

Ability to work in extreme hot and cold environments

This is a long term position paying $10.50 per hour

Work Schedules:

1st Shift:  7:45 am – 4:15 pm

2nd Shift: 3:45 pm – 12:15 am

3rd Shift:  11:45 pm -08:15 am
