Marketing Coordinators

Spartan Staffing has current openings for  Marketing Coordinators.

Job Duties:

Prepare market studies via internet research for new sources of products with various vendors. Solicits customers’ wish list to determine interest level of market. Research various companies via the internet to find the manufacturers of products we wish to acquire. Contact manufacturers to locate the top international sales director and direct contact information. Follow up with all accounts on a daily basis by adhering to the client’s needs. Compose professional letters to manufacturers to follow up on our interest in their products. Prepare Excel analysis to determine expected cost and interest in products. Gets initial offers ready once pricing is agreed upon. Handles the preparation and research for meetings. Enter notes and useful information in our database system. Send emails through our database system.

Job Requirements:

Good grammatical skills and ability to compose professional letters. Must be able to speak clearly and professionally. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, good follow up. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; must be able to create formulas, prepare worksheets and edit functions. Prefer Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

This is a temporary to hire position paying $10.00 - $11.00 per hour, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
