Established in 1981, Smitty's Barbecue & Salad Bar features real open pit barbecue and an interior decorated with one of the widest collections of air force memorabilia you'll see. Smitty's is the locals' choice and tourist's favorite for barbecue in Bay County.

We would love to consider you to be a part of our Smitty’s Barbeque team. We politely ask though, only energetic smiling faces need apply! Day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Be on time with a good attitude
• Servers are responsible for greeting guests, introducing themselves
• Suggesting menu items
• Taking the orders, ringing up the orders, picking up orders from the kitchen and serving the orders
• Checking back with the guest to insure the order is correct and good
• Pre-bussing the tables
• Serving the check and collecting for the meals
• Assisting other servers with all of the above
• Keep the dining area clean, including but not limited to floors, tables, chairs, high chairs booster chairs and waitress stations
• Thanking the guest for dining with us and inviting them back
