Disaster Restoration Sales Representative

ServiceMaster of Seattle is currently seeking a Disaster Restoration Sales Representatives to join our growing company. We are a nationally award winning leader in the Disaster Restoration and Insurance Repair Industry.  The responsibilities of this position will include working as a liaison during the restoration repair process between the insured (home owner and/or commercial representative), insurance adjuster, and contractors. These positions involve a large amount of both multi-tasking and customer service. These positions require the ability to work with multiple customers during several phases of the insurance repair process. Organizational skills are extremely important this is a fast paced environment; the ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm, productive manner is a must. This position also requires daily relationship selling to insurance professionals throughout your assigned area. This is a full time entry level Sales position offering good benefits with the opportunity to grow in to a large loss Sales position as your skills develop.  The hours are primarily Monday - Friday standard business hrs. There will be on-call requirements as well, so a flexible work schedule is required. The compensation package will include a base salary plus performance bonus, car allowance and benefits. Your salary and bonus is not limited, it is solely driven by your performance.
