We have a full-time opening for a Field Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

In this very active, multi-faceted, hands-on position, you will work with the best housecleaning service in the area. Primarily, you will work with our cleaning teams to insure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. This is accomplished through your extensive training and coaching of each employee on a daily basis. People call us every day because they need housecleaning services, your job is make sure that our teams provide the best possible service to all of our clients. You will also work with ongoing clients to assure that we are providing for all of their housecleaning needs (100% customer service - "If we don't take care of our clients, someone else will!"). Keeping clients happy and satisfied leads to the referrals of new clients. Word of mouth and a strong reputation are the cornerstones of maintaining a strong housecleaning service.
You must have extraordinary people skills and communication skills in order to interact with team members and clients. This is the most important skill that you must possess in order to be considered for this position!
Your grammar and verbal skills must be top notch. You must have the ability to create a very strong connection with people, making our team members and clients always feel valued by our company.
You will report directly to the business owner, but will work hand in hand with everyone in the office. You need to be very organized. You should have some computer skills (knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word, Windows, and general knowledge is a plus).
A warm, outgoing personality is a must. Any experience in customer service would be helpful. The ideal candidate will have a very successful customer service background. You should be a person who wants to work for a company where you can build a long-term relationship with your customers. Many of our clients have been with us for two to five years!!
This is a small business environment. Multi-tasking is critical to success in this environment. Other duties will include ordering of supplies, preparing teams for morning send off,helping with laundry, team training, and hiring.
