The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for our skilled nursing facility. A CNA provides person-centered individualized direct care to long term and/or temporary residents and must be genuinely interested in caring for older adults with an understanding of their daily needs. This position requires some knowledge of the nursing services field and certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a nursing assistant. Applicants must be state licensed within four months of hire and CPR certified within the first year of employment. Preferred applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and maintain current knowledge of computer systems. Additionally for positions working more than 30 hours per week medical, dental, and life. Premium pay is offered for employees working NOC and weekend shifts.
