Job Description:  

Prepares product for display cases, which includes cakes, pies, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and novelty items. Operates and maintains mixer, oven, air brush, and Kopy Kake projector. Takes and fills orders. Reduces the price of all short-dated and distressed merchandise and records loss. Understands use of tare and portion control. Mixes icing and coordinates colors. Dates and prices all case items with price guns. Cleans and sanitizes equipment, utensils, and work area. Understands quality standards and shelf life. Performs all items outlined in the Deli/Bakery Associate’s job description as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service to customers in the Deli/Bakery Department.
• Prepares product for display cases, which includes cakes, pies, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and novelty items.
