Requirements
Midway Oil is looking for responsible candidates for Assistant Manager who are interested in taking on more responsibility.
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Helping to Train Employees
- Monitoring cash levels, safety and security
- Scheduling and Assigning Employee Tasks
- Serving Customers
- Assisting in maintaining Store Operations
- Being aware of stock and needs for ordering
- Assisting in cleaning the grounds, store and bathrooms
- Maintaining a team atmosphere
- Assisting in customer complaints
