Account Supervisor/Recruiter

SMX seeks experienced account supervisor for 2nd shift position ASAP!
Will assist Accound Manager with coordinating and supervising floor production and assist with recruiting duties; Ideal candidate has excellent people skills and strong leadership skills; Must be able to create a positive work environment and motivate workforce; Must have min. 2 yrs supervisory or team lead experience on a manufacturing environment; Need someone willing to learn company's processes and products.
Starting pay ranges from $12.00 - $14.00/hr, depending on experience.
