HANDYMAN/YARD MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE
Spectrum Home Services of Nor-Cal is looking for a qualified handyman and lawn maintenance employee, who can work unsupervised. Experience in bank owned property preservation is a big plus.
Competitive pay, no benefits, position could be full time based on work performance.
Job Requirements:
Must have own truck and tools, some tools can be provided for yard maintenance. Ability to make work bids/estimates using our guidelines. Ability to fill out reports and follow strict photography procedures
2 years + experience with basic home repair. Remodel, light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, fence/gate repair, carpet installation, exterior/interior painting, drywall replacement, mud, tape and texture. Tile replacement, grab bar installation, pool maintenance, build wheelchair ramps, and change locks (deadbolts and door knobs). Candidate must also be able to perform yard maintenance, fix sprinklers systems, trim bushes, clean gutters and do whatever else may be asked.
Must Haves:
California driver’s license
Own truck and tools
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Must pass drug test and background check
Be available to work weekends
