Spartan Staffing is currently seeking candidates for Seasonal Snow Removers in the greater Des Moines area. The positions will be an as needed basis depending upon the weather and will pay up to $15 hour. Flexibility is a must as shifts may vary depending upon the needs of the business.
Job Duties:
- Snow removal via snow plow, shovel and any other means necessary; drivers, sanders and laborers are needed
Requirements:
- Must be willing to be ON-CALL for various shifts
- Must be able to be contacted by text message
- Have ability to work overtime
- Be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Be a self starter and able to work independently
- Have a valid drivers license with a clean MVR
