Labor Ready is currently seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
The production supervisor will be leading a team of 2-10 workers through production, shipping, and inventory processes.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for maintaining work flow and production standards on a daily basis.
- Ability to Communicate with department manager on production status.
- Responsible for providing ongoing technical support to production line.
- 1 to 3 years Factory / Fabrication experience required.
- Previous Supervisory experience overseeing a team of 2-10 employees required.
- Computer experience required. Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 pounds.
- Previous Forklift experience required.
Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Flexible to work overtime if needed.
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience.
