Spartan Staffing is currently seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
Inside Sales Representative will be reporting to the designated Manager and responsible for contacting new customers or present clients to provide them with information regarding sales schedules and eligible vehicles for sale. Prepare necessary reports of vehicles for sale to distribute to customers and compile information from dealer attendance. Perform all duties assigned by Manager.
Must know, practice and ensure company policies and procedures and state or Federal laws are followed at all times.
- Prior inside sales experience a must, 2 years minimum.
- Auto Industry knowledge a plus.
- Upselling product experience.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
- Ability to handle rejection well.
- Strong Multi tasking ablities.
- Strong computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong Data Enry skills.
- Practice and promote team work at all times.
- Demonstrate friendliness and great customer service.
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. $10.00 per hour.
