Job Purpose:

Provide a pleasant dining experience by maintaining restaurant appearance; customer experience; building and maintaining customer relationships; recommending menus; controlling costs; supervising staff.

Job Description:

Manager must be willing to work morning or night shifts.  Manager will maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations and company policies.

Manager will coach, counsel and disipline employees.  Manager will also communicate job expectations and expect adhereance to policies and procedures.

Manager will meet restaurant operational standards by providing excellent customer serive and recommending system improvements.

Manager will monitor food presentation and service for quality.

Manager will maintain excellent customer service by helping team members with basic food preparation and food delivery.  

Manager will build customer rapport by establishing relationships with regular customers; greeting customers; interceding in misunderstandings and differences between team members and customers; resolving complaints.

Manager will control costs by minimizing waste.

Manager will update job knowledge by participating in periodic educational opportunities and/or reading professional publications.

Manager will accomplish restaurant goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the job. 

Job Notes:

Associates degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of education.  Local candidate only please.  Compensation is competitive and based upon experience.  2 to 5 years experience preferred.
