We are seeking an account with strong customer service skills and experience with Great Plains module Wennsoft. (99% of our work is generated in Wennsoft).
Job Requirements
- Strong experience using Great Plains module Wennsoft required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- Assist in collecting account receivables.
- Able to complete data entry projects and provid general clerical support.
- Fast paced environment and requires candidate to be able to learn, adapt and respond quickly.
- Multi-tasking environment.
- Maintain professional manner at all times with customer, technicians, team members, and management.
- Assist with co-departments as needed
Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. $10.00 per hour.
