Customer Service:

  • Greets all customers with a friendly smile.
  • Honors customers by providing quick, friendly, and personal service.
  • Initiates dialogue and develops rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite products and food items.
  • Generates customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns.
  • Communicates customer complaints/concerns to manager on duty.
  • Sells and serves baked goods and pastry food items to customers.
  • Check quality of goods supplied.
  • Good housekeeping. Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented

Others Duties:

  • Maintains working knowledge of food items; guest service; cleaning; other duties as assigned.
  • Assists in other departments as needed.
  • Use standard food preparation utensils such as knives, spoons, tongs and whips.
  • Work cooperatively with other players.
  • Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and high work and safety standards in the workplace is incredibly important for all players.
  • Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to company policies.
  • Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by Eatzi’s.

Job Qualifications:

  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as department manual.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus.
  • Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude.
  • Operate calmly and proactively in stressful and difficult situations.
  • Teamwork is essential.
  • Previous customer service experience.

Working Conditions & Environment:

  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others.
  • Required frequently: standing, bending, reaching, scooping.
  • Required occasionally: walking, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 15 lbs.
