Our Managers directly supervise the operations of a specific restaurant by overseeing all areas of the restaurant to ensure we reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction, speed of service, food production and preparation, safety and sanitation standards, and all hiring, training and labor management standards. In addition, our Restaurant Managers are responsible for:

Achieving operational objectives:

  • Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
  • Identify and resolve problems
  • Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to company standards

Reaching financial objectives:

  • Forecast, analyze and schedule labor to meet customer demand and productivity standards
  • Forecast and analyze sales trends to ensure the right ordering and receiving of food and paper products meet sales estimates
  • Monitor expenditures in the restaurant to meet limits set by the company
  • Handle all company funds within the restaurant while following and enforcing all cash handling policies and procedures

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate all restaurant personnel
  • Schedule and monitor attendance of staff
  • Plan and review compensation of staff
  • Coach employees while also enforcing policies and procedures fairly and consistently in a non-discriminatory manner
  • Oversee a staff of 3 to 10 employees by scheduling breaks and assigning tasks
  • Monitor customer traffic and make adjustments to decrease waiting times
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Ensure all employees charge customers for menu items and extras as well as use proper portion controls
  • Make sure cash handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean and well groomed professional appearance at all times
  • Actively market restaurant within community to increase awareness of Panchero’s Mexican Grill
  • Complete all daily, weekly and monthly paperwork and reports as required by owner and franchisor

Requirements

  • Be able to bend, stoop, lift and move items up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Move and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
