Spartan Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for an Human Resources Assistant position in Batesville, IN. This is a temporary position until the end of May. The pay rate will depend upon experience. This position will be filled quickly!
Job Duties/Job Requirements:
- Answer phones, create and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as other duties as needed
- Interview experience
- Experience with handling company benefits
- Accurately track employee attendance and vacation
- Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Willing to submit to a formal criminal background check, drug screen
- Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and good communication skills
- Must pass aptitude test to be considered
