Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Position would entail working on all equipment and upkeep of 4 properties.

Strong background in cooking equipment required.

Need to be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining restaurant grounds and equipment
• Maintaining the exterior of the restaurant
• Equipment sanitation and cleaning
• Preventative maintenance

Additional requirements:

• Sound technical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to perform manual labor
